CAMP INFO
ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN
IMPACT CAMP LOCATION CHECK IN (At Camp)
Upon arriving at Impact Camp, park in any of the designated areas and proceed to the check-in line. Keep any medications separate (they will need to be given to the adult in charge).
At the front of the check-in line the staff will ask your student’s last name, verify information, and then check the student in.
If your student has any meds, vitamins, inhalers, over-the-counter medications, etc, they must be given to the nurse. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY MEDICATIONS IN CABINS WITH STUDENTS. Medications MUST be in original containers with proper dosage instructions legible.
Next, parents escort students to their cabin and meet one of the cabin leaders. We encourage a quick departure so that students can begin to form “community” within the cabin.
Finally, parents leave the campus and enjoy their week while students are at camp.
The arrival time for students is 4pm
