Registration opens May 1st

Each camp’s costs are listed on the registration. This money pays for housing, food, activities, and the behind-the-scenes items that help to make camp possible.

A deposit of $50 is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable. Balance of tuition is due in-full by July 1st.

Scholarship funds may be available through your local church. Please connect with the Youth Director or Pastor for more information.

IMPACT Camp is a volunteer run co-op of many local churches. There are no scholarship funds available through IMPACT.

Arrival/CheckIn is the first date of camp at 4pm

Departure/Checkout is the last day of camp at 10am

For alternate arrangements, we must have THIS FORM filled out prior to camp.

Can I visit Camp as a parent?

• Nope. Sorry. We’ve got a closed campus policy for the safety of all students in our care.

• All staff and cabin leaders are background checked and pastor recommended.

How much money should I send with my camper?

• THIS IS OPTIONAL. The Camp Store offers snacks and drinks at typical rates. We recommend $5-$10 per day.

What do I do if my camper has food allergies?

• The kitchen is a nut free, shellfish free facility. They can accommodate gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian diets.

• If you have a combination allergy (e.g. GF & DF), or other dietary need, you are welcome to bring your own food, and storage will be made available to you, as well as a microwave.

When will I find out my camper’s team color?

• We do our very best to get team colors out 4-5 days before camp starts.

Modest clothing - socks, underwear, shorts, pants, shirts, jacket, pajamas, hoodie, etc.
Swim suit (one piece or tankini is required for girls and swim trunks (not speedo) for boys

Medications, vitamins, medical supplies (brought in gallon ziploc bag, to be left with the camp nurse)

Optional:
Spending money $10-$40 (there is a small snack shack with cold drinks and snacks, there may be merchandise as well)

Plastic garbage bag (to bring all their dirty laundry home in)

If your student is sensitive to sounds, ear protection (we do have options as well)

Color Teams

The students will be assigned color teams while at camp. These colors will either be red, blue, yellow, or purple. Churches will be notified one week prior to camp of the color team for their church. Please note: if a student is registering late or coming to camp from a waiting list, they will not know their team until the day they arrive at camp.
